We loved how conveniently located this hotel was, just a few minutes' walk from the Shinkansen station and close to Shin-Kobe station for travel throughout the area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our visit. Our room was also surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

We stayed at a hotel very close to a major train station, which made exploring the city so easy. the room was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who were always happy to help. We were surprised at how spacious the room was and loved the quiet location. the hotel was incredibly convenient for reaching nearby tourist attractions, such as beautiful waterfalls and mountaintop gardens.
While the hotel location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions, it was a bit more difficult to reach the local convenience stores.

Spent Xmas holidays with family and had a great time. the hotel was conveniently situated near the train station which made it easy for us to move around the city. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist and answer our questions. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included in our package and the warm reminder calls from the reception every morning.
We found the bathroom to be quite dated and cramped, but it was still functional. the rooms had visible signs of wear and tear, like scratches and stains on the walls.

Convenient Location, Easy to Get Around, Decent Breakfast. This hotel was very conveniently located for my business trip. It was within walking distance to the train station and other key locations. the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent and gave a good start to my busy day. I enjoyed these aspects and appreciated the ease of getting around.
Uncomfortable Bed, Thin Walls, and Limited Amenities. Unfortunately, the negatives of this hotel were hard to overlook.
